Which Pokemon can i get in Ruby/Sapphire that I can't get anywhere else?
I have Pearl, Emerald, and Colosseum...are there any pokemon in Ruby/Sapphire that I can't get in the versions I already have?

No
Unless you want to count that Pokemon like Lunatone and others will only appear in Pearl if you have Ruby/Sapphire in the GBA slot.
Most other can be gotten in Emerald though.

Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Leaf green, Pearl, Blue, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Diamond, Platinum, pink: they are all actual video games. there is a few Pokemon video games that i did no longer point out, yet those are all actual

the tre legendaries rayquazza, kyogre, groudon, latios, latias, deoxys, jirachi and the reggis (i think you can USE them at colosseum)
