Not really, the serving size is one half of the package, no one does that. If you use the whole package there is high fat content. The seasoning has high salt content

Not really. The 'round little one' noodles are not very good

no, they are not healthy at all. I know that they are super cheap, but after the tenth one you are going to be ready to just puke it out.
