~~recipe for a very moist apple cake~~?

my mom used to make an apple cake (she called it apple strudel,but it really wasn't)...It was very dense & moist & i don't remember any kind of frosting on it..but there may have been cuz i was very small. She was from kentucky & an excellent cook..if that helps at all...Thanks everyone~~

    2 eggs

    1 cup vegetable oil

    2 cups white sugar

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    4 cups diced apple without peel

    DIRECTIONS

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour one 9x13 inch cake pan.

    Beat vegetable oil and eggs until foamy. Add the sugar, flour, ground cinnamon, baking, soda, salt, and vanilla and mix well. Stir in the diced apples. Pour batter into prepared pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes. Cake needs no frosting.

    This is SOOOO SOOO good

    SUPER MOIST APPLE CAKE

    Mix thoroughly:

    5 to 6 c. drained apples

    1 c. flour

    1 tsp. baking powder

    1 1/2 c. sugar

    1 unbeaten egg

    3/4 tsp. salt

    Pour into buttered baking dish. Brown top with cinnamon. Sprinkle with chopped pecans (1/2 cup). Pour 1 stick melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

    This is the EASIEST moist apple cake ever!!

    APPLE DUMP CAKE

    2 cans Comstock apple pie mix

    2 spice cake mix

    2 sticks butter

    Dump apple pie mix in greased and floured cake pan (9 x 12 inch). Sprinkle cake mix over apples. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    I'm not exactly sure to make an Apple Cake. But Applesauce is a great addition instead of sugar. It will sweeten the cake and keep it low in fat, plus keep it delicious and moist!

    this a recipie I learnt in school and LOVE it. It is very moist

    German apple cake

    2 eggs seperated

    1/4 tsp salt

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup milk

    2 tsp orange rind

    2 cups self raising flour

    1 lrg green apple

    1 tsp extra sugar

    cinnamon

    2 tlblsp melted butter.

    Beat egg whites with salt till stiff

    add sugar gradually, beat well

    beat in yolks,milk and rind.

    Fold in sifted flour, alternating with melted butter. Mix well

    pour in a 20cm round tin(which has ben greased and lined). Core apple and slice into thin wedges and place over top of mixture in a circle fan type pattern. Sprinkle with extra sugar and cinnamon. Bake 50-60 min in a moderate oven (180oc)
