how can i pull information out of aa no longer working cel phone?

    practically all cell phone companies have a "cellBrite" machine that can pull data out of a phone. That device could, if the location had the right one, dump it onto a USB for you, or another working cell phone.

    Your best bet would be to have had your information on the Verizon website. If you can't turn it on, then you can't use that service at a Verizon dealer.

    It depends why it is no longer working. It would help if you had a sim card to pull the info off of.
