How to Kill Flies?

In my kitchen, i have lots of flies that come in at night, can anyone recommend a item or method that can kill them?

    get some cloves to put in your kitchen they act as a natural flying insect repellant

    use some vanella extract make a spray out of it spray your kitchen 3 times a day spray it at night use fly strips spray some vanella extract on it also. also bugs spray and fly swatter.

    throw bricks at them, especially if they're on the window.
