An RV has two complete different part systems. The chassis system consisting of the engine, transmission, frame, suspension, wheels, fuel system and related wiring.
For "chassis system parts" you can go to a regular auto parts store or the chassis dealer (Ford, GM or Chrysler) There should be a tag on your RV listing the chassis year and manufacturer. The RV year may be different from the chassis year.
The "house" system is everything to do with the fridge, water system, cabinets, beds, heater etc.
For these parts you go to the RV parts store. Things like refrigerator or water heater can be bought new or parts can be bought. A lot of the hardware is universal and stocked at large RV stores. If you need a specific part that was found only on a Harvest, like a fender or something you have to find something else to work if the manufacturer is out of business.
good luck and have fun!
