The first url is that of a forum application. You don't just cut and paste code from one site to another in this case. You need a copy of the forum program and it has to be installed on the web server so it can be correctly configured to match your server's settings and customized to meet your requirements. Do you own a license for the forum application? If so, why are you using geocities? Geocities is for people who don't know any better. Pony up for web hosting and pay for the program. The application will have the necessary instructions to get it installed and configured.
