The first has message boards that you can look on. I really like American Cheerleader, and if you like the website, you might want to check out the magazine.

Check out ou tube, for cheer stunts you can be specific 4 girls, 6 girls et cetera. That might give you some ideas also you could have more tumbeling than stunts to get a good score, with only 4 your options are limited of course. Do more individual tumbeling and have them end in a group stunt. There are a lot of videos on youtube look their i'm sure you figure something out. My suggestions would be to have another tryout for alternate girls or making your team larger and rotate the girls. Have you considered adding boys they can be the extra Base that you need so that you can have more options for stunts. If your with a gym and have a team that way look with in the gym (siblings, friends, realtives) of your current team's or staff and offer a discount to join. Also you could advertise with other gyms, schools or the YMCA perhaps some one who hasn't heard of ya'll and would love to join. Just know it can be done. My daughter cheered in highschool and her coach did it this way Varsity Competition/Football cheerleaders and Junior varsity/basketball. She used them in more than one area if you have two teams you can have one active and a junior team in training that will be used as needed on the main team. here is a stunt called the Bow and Arrow. 1Assemble a group of four to five cheerleaders. Pick your most agile and strongest members. The bow-and-arrow is an advanced cheerleading stunt. Step2Have four of the girls assemble a semicircle around one girl. This will be the flyer (the girl the others will be lifting over their heads). Step3Instruct the four cheerleaders to face each other, and grasp their arms to form a platform. Have the flyer step up onto the girls' arms. Step4Raise the flyer into the air. She will stand on the girls' arms that are stetched over their heads. Support the flyer by allowing her to stand on the palms of two of the girls and have the others support her holding her ankle. Step5Make sure the flyer pulls her free leg up alongside her upper body until her foot is beside her head. Have her grasp that ankle with one hand over her head to form an arrow and outstretch her other arm away from her body. Good luck! I would make it fun as well so that you will not have as many drop-outs. Encourage all the team to become friends
