E-mailing Yahoo and asking them to prevent spam mail on yahoo groups?

I want to communicate with Yahoo and tell them they need to do a better job in filtering out spam mail that keeps coming to groups I'm a member of. I'm not sure where or how to do that. All they seem to offer are FAQ pages and e-mail forms. Does anyone know EXACTLY where to go on Yahoo to get on their case about putting a stop to spam mail on Yahoo, and make my voice heard?

    They consider that YOUR job.

    don't allow instantaneous membership.

In your group- choose the option to approve memberships. Since this takes time, the spammers usually leave these groups alone.

Go through and clean up your spam if a spammer gets through the membership process.

There IS no way to keep manual spammers out of your group.

They can keep the bots out- but not the manual spammers.

The only way they can do that is if they have a team of psychics that instantly know the intent of every user that is joining your group.

You can complain about a particular user- but the spammers dump their old user names often- and just grab another one.
