How do use photoshop or a similar program?

What exactly does photo shop do? Is there another program to do the same things? Thanks!

    It does everything, you can adjust contrast, color, color saturation, red-eye, sharpen, clone, cut & paste, layers and dozens of other things. All this for only $99.00 for Elements, and up to $800.00 for the whole thing.

    Photofiltre will also do most of theses things except layers. It is almost equivalent to Photo Shop Elements, except it costs $99.00 less. That is to say, it's FREE for personal use.

    download a program called gimp totally free and just as easy to learn as photoshop
