To answer your question accurately, yes. Many people know the "secrets" of a Master Mason. Most of the people who know the "secrets" are Masons themselves.

I know the secrets of a Master Mason, and although I have taken an oath to keep them secret, I can tell you that the only significance they have is to other Masons. They are the way and manner in which one Mason may know another in the dark, as well as at noon day, and are used as ways of recognizing one another.

There are no master mason "secrets".

Everything that is taught in the Lodge is readily available online at any anti-masonic website and many masonic websites. You can also purchase the books from Amazon, eBay, etc...

The "secret" element of Freemasonry sprung from people who are not Freemasons and started spreading theories about what they "must be doing behind those closed doors". Yes only Freemasons can attend and participate in Lodge meetings, but you can only get into a baseball game if you have a ticket, you can just walk into the board of directors meeting at any company, etc...

Masonic secrets are nothing more than symbolic gestures and emblems. They are not anymore secret than the special sauce on the big mac from mcds...if you really want to find out these "secrets" visit masonic sites and anti-masonic sites...
