Has anyone has any problems taking Tri-sprintec birth control pill?
My doctor prescribed orthotricyclen, but my pharmacy dispenced tri-sprintec (the generic version.) The generic is less expensive, but my husband says to just spend the extra money and get the brand name.
I'll be starting it in a few days and want to know if anyone has had any negative side effects from tri-sprintec.

Its the same...I work at a Pharmacy & that's what I've been taking. I took OTC for 7 years & as soon as the generic came out I switched. I was paying $40 a month & now I pay $10. Some people do stick to brands (on any meds not just bc) but I've never heard a case with this (at least at my place....and we dipsense a lot of bc). Hope this helps!
