Recommended oil grade for 92' Honda Prelude Si VTEC?

Hello I have a 1992 Honda Prelude Si VTEC (Japanese, imported to New Zealand). It has 136,000 KM on the clock and seems to be burning some oil. I am going to give it an oil change and I would like to know what grade I should use.

Thank you.

i'm hoping to goodness the Prelude is quicker. My spouse drives a 00 Si and am decrease than inspired. of course on the time we met i became runnin an 00 Mitsu Eclipse GST, THAT became a exciting and useful automobile. With 2 grand interior the motor i became close to 400hp and runnin flat 13s in a million/4 mile on pump gas and street radials.
