Do you have seizures?

I used to have Grand mal and finally found meds. several yrs. ago to stop that and now I occasionally have petite/abscence

seizures.. The last couple days have been really rough, and I don't know why.

Dr. never found out why I started having any at all, that was 19 yrs ago, with a 2 yr. old baby and husband.

I take 2 meds. now for seizures and still have these small ones.

I stare a little, can't talk bout mumble and can't understand what is said to me. Leaves me with sore head, weak, shaky.

Has anyone experienced any of this????

I have absence seizures and that's almost exactly what happens. It sounds like your seizures are just changing a bit. In my case I was diagnosed with complex partial seizures 10 years ago and was on several different medications but still had a seizure about every 3-4 months. Three years ago I had a grand-mal seizure and have had at least two more since then. (I say "at least" since I have them in my sleep so I don't always know when I have one).

I also don't know what causes my seizures, even after numerous EEGs, MRIs and several other tests. Epilepsy is still very complex and in many cases we may never know what causes it to happen, yet alone why it can change like this. So it's not that rare for seizures to change like this. I hope you are able to find another way to control them.

Could be a ministroke. Go back to your doctor or the emergency room.
