you guys have to realise, you dont get viruses from the programs themselves if you download them from the actual sites. If you want to avoid viruses, download them from GOOD torrent sites, such as thepiratebay.org, demonoid.com, or isohunt.com. As for which program is better, go with uTorrent, it starts up a hell of alot faster, and it uses less memory as it's not java based like azureus. I find I get better transfer speeds with azureus most of the time, but uTorrent is fast enough, you get a movie in 3-4 hours. It all depends on how much system resources you have to give to your client.
I do not condone the use of these programs for illegal downloads.

this is only between uTorrent and Azureus. both has its ups and downs.
Azureus has more features including being able to cap upload and download speeds, and I have found it more reliable, though it uses up more system resources.
uTorrent is a small filed MOVABLE client, that uses next to no resources, ideal for flash drives and such, though it has next to no features, not good if you can afford to run azureus, especially if you are an advanced user.

utorrent is the best by far! it uses only 3mb of memory its very fast. never use azureus it hogs all of the memor.

It depends on what type of virus you would like? Do you fancy adware, spyware or... even better.... a trojan horse, don't use them, i will bet my mortgage on it that you end up with a virus, you don't get anything for free!
