Is flour turned yellow still good?
Honestly, I haven't cooked from scratch in years and my white flour has yellowed, has it gone bad?

yes it has, all flour will. to make it last longer put it in a tight close container and place with expiration date in refrigerator. it'll help it last longer

It's been contaminated by age & exposure to various other elements.
If it's originally white turned to yellow; means it's been for a very very long time. Do poke around it, if it has a kinda sour/husky smell then better not use it. Throw the whole pack away.

"Unbleached" flour is yellow when you buy it. If it still flows freely and has no weevils in it it should be fine.
