Giambi vs. Bonds?

for one...giambi isn't going anywhere fast. He isn't going to put an imprint on the record books of baseball.

Second, Giambi admitted to it. In our culture if you to admit to something you are given more lenience.

Third, for right or wrong, Giambi is a much more like-able and charismatic guy. Bonds is truly disliked ever before all of this came to the surface.

Excellent question and I am not sure if it can be answered. My opinion is due to the public image for each player. Giambi is known to be a nice guy and will talk to the media without putting anyone down and works with many charities. While Bonds is known to be selfish and a jerk to fans and media.

Many of the negatives on Bonds might be media perception but many times perception is reality.

Giambi is a joke and nobody cares about him. Bonds however broke the biggest records in sports. Also bonds testified under oath that he didnt take steroids, so if he admitted that he took them, hes guilty of lieing under oath. I dont think Bonds took steroids though

Bonds has admitted to using the clear and the cream, so he is guilty. But he does not come across as willing to talk about it or get it out in the open or behind close doors. What happens to people who resist arrest. they get beat up by the cops. If he could change his tune we may see him in a different light but the world is out to get Barry according to Barry.

Giambi was asked to turn evidence, he did (about himself?) and that landed him an easy go.

Because Giambi came clean and Bonds is still lying. Still, they both need lifetime bans and records erased.

I'm not going to absolve Giambi, but he did confess, he did apologize, and he did cooperate. Bonds has done none of those things, and still maintains that his achievements are untainted.

ARE INVESTIGATING HIM. GIAMBI CAME CLEAN ABOUT HIS USE OF STEROIDS & SORT OF SAID THAT HE WAS SORRY. ONE IS A NICE GUY. THE OTHER IS AN ARROGANT JERK.

because bonds has lied about it for years, and i hate people that say its racist cause its not true, hank aaron went through so much more racism than bonds so shut the **** up, and also giambi just admitted it never lied about, just told them str8 up.......and dont tell me you think bonds is innocent
