yeah - I actually worked there as a Client Service Assoc. but a long time ago. Maybe 10 years ago. No advice, if it is anything like when I worked there, get used to wearing a head set and not making much money and eating in the cafeteria every day. Not a bad place to work on the whole - nice people. Best client service in the country when I worked there.
