I usually go to my favorite antique shop and buy something that will cheer me up. Sorry darlin', I know that suggestion won't do you much good! lol

Oooh, a walk on the riverfront, that's one of my new favorite things to do. There's some pics of it on my flickr page.

I go to my room, play the Goo Goo Dolls really loud(not really angry music, but I love them so it works), stomp around in high heels, and scream. It may be weird, but no one's around so why not? This most likely won't work for you, I hope you don't walk around in heels!
