Need translation from Vietnamese to English - from my girlfriend?

Please help to translate following text to English. It is from my girlfriend. thanks

chuc anh co mot ngay that mai va trang day hanh phuc.

em luc nao cung o ben canh anh du say ra chuyen gi

mai mai trai tim cua em, hon anh.

Update:

We do communicate in english, sometimes she just like to send me some vietnamese. I like that so I can learn from it too.
