You don’t need to diet ever to lose weight. I’ve lost eight stole without ever dieting, without ever avoiding a single food I’ve wanted.

Diets are hard to stick to because they’re forcing you into a ‘lifestyle’ that you seriously don’t want and one that isn‘t natural or sustainable.

We need things like rice/pasta/bread (especially since in losing weight we need to exercise), we need fatty foods, and to some extent physiological or otherwise we need foods deemed ‘unhealthy’.

    Eat what you like.

    Eat it in moderation.

    Exercise.

    So simple in theory.

Set your goal. Some people finding setting small goals easier, I wasn’t about to delude myself I was at the bottom of a BIG mountain looking up, I set the whole target, lose ten stone.

Most of us spend a lot of time on the internet these days, use it to your advantage, sites like:

    Sparkpeople.com

    Fitday.com

Will help you track your weightloss as well as providing somewhere to talk/get focused help and if you’re that way inclined ‘weight-loss buddies’.

Find a sport that you enjoy, yes, there will be one. Perhaps you harbour a passion for football, search for a local team, (TheFa.com will help with this) there are even womens rugby teams out there these days. Team sports provide support and encouragement to exercise, you’re not just going to exercise, you’re going to meet new friends and have fun whilst running around madly chasing a ball.

Begin cycling, whether in home or on the streets. I’d always advise running for anyone, it boosts self confidence, mental toughness and a real target of fitness to aim for.

Last year I couldn’t ever imagine being a runner, running 3-5 miles daily, it just wouldn’t be me, but now it is me, and I wouldn’t change anything for the world.

You can eat drink everything in the world that will 'promise' to 'possibly aid' weightloss but if it was that easy we'd all be stick figures, don't be fooled.

The idea of not eating after 6pm comes from the fact we shouldn't go to bed on a full stomach, as our body burns calories slower when we're sleeping therefore more likelyhood of gaining fat. There's no point saying don't eat after 6pm if you go to bed at 7.

The general rule of thumb is leave it four hours after you've eaten before you go to bed.

Forget dieting I eat like a horse and I only weigh nine stone. This is what works for me:

Eat regularly, if possible every three hours, when your body realises that it's getting a regular supply of food it increases it's metabolism, burning calories quicker and is much less likely to store calories as fat. When eating try to eat a lot of high protein foods and don't go too hard on the carbs. Try go easy on trans and saturated fats although you are allowed the odd treat. Drink lots of water! At least one gallon per day. Tea, coffee and fizzy drinks are O.K but they don' count towards your overall water intake.

As for exercise I do some light weight training four days a week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing machine) two days a week with one days rest. There is a common belief that doing cardiovascular exercise on an empty stomach helps burn calories. This is absolute rubbish do not do it. Weight training is a good idea as muscle tissue burns a lot of energy, even while you sleep. You don't have to become Mr/Mrs universe but any fat tissue which you can convert to muscle tissue will not only make you look better but increase your metabolism. Getting plenty of sleep is also important when trying to build muscle.

    Good Luck

Jason Vales 7lb in 7 days juicing diet works, and if u stick to a healthy diet and exercise afterwards the weight stays off, no point doing it for a quick fix and then pigging out. I switched to Gillian McKeiths diet afterwards and she mixes juices, smoothies and healthy filling food and it was easy to stick with and i didnt get any cravings, and have so much more energy now too

    Low Carb Dieting Tip

Your rate of metabolism dictates how many calories you burn. Heredity, gender, age, body size. diet and nutrition, activity level, and your overall health factor in on determining how high or low your metabolism is. It is normal for metabolism levels to lower as a person ages. Because of this it is important to begin stepping up your exercise routines in your thirties and forties.

    Ways to Boost Your Metabolism

Eat Regularly - Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day will give you energy throughout the day--helping you to burn calories. Whereas, calories eaten during larger meals tend to get stored as fat.

Maintain a Balanced Diet - Not only how often you eat is important, but your food choices are equally as important. Nurture you body with the appropriate balance of protein and carbs.

Eating whole foods rather than processed food gives your digestive system a workout that burns calories. For example: choose an apple over apple juice.

Workout with Weights - Building muscle mass will replace stored fat. As you build muscle tissue your metabolism increases.

Don't Forget Cardio - You need to get that heart rate up and breathe a little heavier. Twenty to thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity 5 days a week is recommended. Brisk walking or swimming are good. Or utilize exercise equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical trainer)

Fruits and vegetables are clearly an important part of a good diet. Almost everyone can benefit from eating more of them, but variety is as important as quantity. No single fruit or vegetable provides all of the nutrients you need to be healthy. The key lies in the variety of different fruits and vegetables that you eat.

Some basic fruit and vegetable tips:

    • Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. If you need 2,000 calories a day to maintain your weight and health, aim for at least nine servings (4½ cups) a day.

    • Choose a variety of different fruits and vegetables. It's easy to get into a rut when it comes to the food you eat. Break out and try a wider variety - include dark-green, leafy vegetables; yellow, orange, and red fruits and vegetables; cooked tomatoes; and citrus fruits.

Well, you can try the apple cider vinegar (diet?)... Haha.. It enhances your metabolism and it prevents you from getting sick. I read this from a website somewhere (sorry, I forgot exactly where)... Anyway, it's like this... You have to drink 1-3tbsps of apple cider vinegar everyday (just right before you eat breakfast). Mix it with a little water (maybe 3-5tbsps will do, but it's really up to you how much water you want to put) and you can add a little honey too if you like ('coz it really tastes bad.. ^_^'). And then as soon as you get used to drinking this, increase your intake (until you reach the result you're looking for...). For example, you started drinking 2tbsps of acv today. Then after 2-3wks, you can start drinking 2tbsps of acv in the morning (before breakfast) and in the evening (before dinner). So there, hopw you got that. ^_^

Another one is... No eating after 6pm. And avoid eating oily/fatty foods...

Another one... hmm... Exercise? It works. ^_^ Just try a sport.. ^_^

Hmm... Another one... Drink slimming tea and/or Xenical (this eliminates the fats in your body. It's safe, unless you're allergic to it.. Hope you aren't). ^_^

    Don't forget to pray. ^_^

    And don't starve yourself. ^_^

Low calorie diets work if you stick at them and don't cheat. Losing fat is a simple matter of using up more energy (calories) than you consume. You can achieve this best by a combination of balanced, low calorie/low fat diet and plenty of exercise.

Try a natural diet, foods your body was designed to eat! Which is anything that can be found in nature. No processed food, chemical additives, or other garbage. You'll be amazed by the results. Start reading the ingredients of some of your favorite food like products found at your favorite grocery store. If you have a hard time pronouncing some of the names of the "ingredients" (by which I mean dangerous food additives) just forget about it!
