I am having problems with my blue tooth?
WHEN MY CELL PHONE RINGS, I AM HAVING TO MANUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE FIRST AND THEN I CAN HEAR THE CALLER THROUGH MY BLUETOOTH. ALSO, AT THE END OF A CALL, I SOMETIMES HEAR THREE BEEPS AND THEN IT DISCONNECTS. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP CONCERNING THESE PROBLEMS.

The best thing is to take it to where you bought it. I carry mine in my purse, & it constantly connects or disconnects from my phone! I have gone back to the Verizon store a few times,& I think I now have the hang of it! Good luck!
