If I chose to Explain it to Him - How? Via text, phone or in person?

For those of you who just answered my post - I appreciate it very much. I guess I'm just in fear of that "off chance" he thought about it more........but yet I don't want to make a big deal about it. So if I sit him "down" then he might think more of it. So which method if I chose to tell him should I use?

its not a big deal. i would treat it that way, just send an email. i wouldnt text, the message will be too long.

since you are so upset over this, call him and tell him. you will feel better.

all he needs to hear is that you werent trying to hide anything, and you felt like you were lying to him. you need to hear that he is ok with it, which im sure he is.

now calm down, take a deep breath. you are making this a lot worse then it is.

Personally, If there is absolutely nothing to some out of the blue phone call from an ex, then I would not say anything. If your ex called and there is no intent on on your part to have ANY contact, then let it go. Why create a problem with your new boyfriend, if it was a one time occurrence? If your ex calls you again, tell your ex that you are not interested, and not to call again. You said that your boyfriend probably did not even realize what happened. If he does, by some small chance ask you, then tell him face to face, and don't make a big deal about it.

I didn't see your previous posting, but communication in person is the preferred method if at all possible. That way you can "see" body language, facial expressions and so forth.

    Good luck.

In person - you'll feel so much better about it later, no matter what happens.

ALWAYS tell someone in person....its very tacky to do it over the phone.....
