Noticeable differences between Miami & Los Angeles ?

Lots of differences! L.A. is way more expensive, especially when it comes to real estate and even rent. The traffic is pretty bad - Miami is much better. Also, I find that California has tons of spiders so you have to be careful in your yard and such. The culture seems really different also, but it's hard to explain... Miami is kind of more carefree, I think. Maybe it's all that L.A. traffic.

I had a really long layover at the Miami airport a few weeks ago trying to get back to LAX so I hopped a public bus to South Beach and it a wonderful trip full of FREAKS! I like that sort of thing.......but not everyone does.

Los angeles is extreemly diverse and is filled with economic and cultural contrasts. Miami isa lot like that. However, what ever Miami has LA has more.
