Why can you go up the downs but not down the ups?

    They say the only way is up. If you can go up the downs and down the downs you have to get down if you`ve gone up so if you are up the up you gotta come down unless of course you stay there. compris xxx

    I live on the north downs haha. i love those hills. can go up there for ages and not see any form of life. used to have to do cross country with the school up on them. my dad used to ride his motorbike up there, that would be amazing lolol.
