is there any legal action other that a restraining order that can be put on a person to keep them from affecting your family, work, voicemail, friends, ect.

    Have you looked into a possible lawsuit? Hit someones wallet and they usually will stop. See a lawyer. Make sure you document anything they do with dates, times, witnesses. Save everything you can. Harassment is illegal and if it goes thru the phone report it to the police. Also make sure you have told that person to leave you alone.

    You can keep an accurate record and any written proof of the offense and then sue the person.

    no just that one,but I don't know why you people are looking to sue or put some body in the jail?

    if the guy or who ever never kill or still why you people speacial in USA<they try to make a big deal?
