Keep it up-to-date, keep it free of spam, keep it free of trolls and mis-information, and protect your reputation by not letting everyone and their mother post stuff on there. Don't make mistakes Wikipedia makes... they let anyone and everyone sign up and add content... check your facts first and make sure they are correct.
