Dry Suave clarifying shampoo. This will eliminate the residue in your hair folicoles. Then use Dove moisture shampoo. Dove has a lot of needed moistures but wn't wiegh your hair down. You can purchase both of these at wal-mart, walgreens, albertsons and stuff.

After I swim, I always rinse my hair right away, and condition it once a week. In addition, i HAVE to use a combined shampoo/conditioner rinse. Don't laugh, but I use Suave Kids religiously, and it works quite well.

Anything clarifying and then a good conditioner. Just dont use something too heavy like pantene because this will make your hair very weak and break apart.
