Go to Sally's Beauty Supply store they have a great shampoo for swimmers hair.

Dry Suave clarifying shampoo. This will eliminate the residue in your hair folicoles. Then use Dove moisture shampoo. Dove has a lot of needed moistures but wn't wiegh your hair down. You can purchase both of these at wal-mart, walgreens, albertsons and stuff.

Neutrogena clarifying shampoo and conditioner..
it gets rid of any kind of build-up.
ps. where a swimmers cap if you dont already
it protects the hair form teh chlorine.

After I swim, I always rinse my hair right away, and condition it once a week. In addition, i HAVE to use a combined shampoo/conditioner rinse. Don't laugh, but I use Suave Kids religiously, and it works quite well.

I AM A VERY COMPETITIVE SWIMMER AND SWIM EVERY DAY AND I USE SHAMPOO 3 BY PAUL MITCHELL IT REALLY WORKS AND SMELLS REALLY GOOD!!!
U CAN GET IT AT MOST PRO HAIR SALONS!!!
AND THEN USE A MOISTURIZING CONDITIONER LIKE AUSSIE 3 MINUTE MIRACLE IT SMWELLS SO GOOD 2 I LOVE IT!

Anything clarifying and then a good conditioner. Just dont use something too heavy like pantene because this will make your hair very weak and break apart.

ask your hairdresser....they know best.........no one on here will really know........all we know is what works on OUR hair.........your hairdresser knows your hair and what is best for it!
