V Cast driving me nuts!?

When I get to the end of step two it tops installing,says rolling back then goes to.....

The wizard was interrupted before V Cast could be completly installed.Your system has not been modified...... Please,any ideas on what I'm supposed to do now.

I tried putting this in the computer software section and got 0 answers.I know that P&S can help-Thanks in advance.

    try updating ur phone with *228 and then press send then option 2 once ur phone has been updated turn it off and then back on this should fix it
