Battlefield 2142?
I have the game Battlefield 2142. I have installed a patch for it, 1.25. I have also installed the game. Whenever I click on the desktop link to the game, the game would open then it would close by itself. I have tried reinstalling it, open it in different ways, and tryed restarting my computer. What can I do to solve this problem and for me to be able to play Battlefield 2142.
do i also have to turn off my anti virus in order for me to open the game?
I have windows XP, not Windows Vista

If your on Vista; I wouldn't be suprised. That maybe your problem.

Wow, I had this same exact problem with BF2, I also heard other people with this problem and other problems too. The battlefield series is ridden with bugs and glitches
