Start your engine. Set your HVAC temperature selector(s) to the FULL COLD position(s). Turn your fan speed to highest speed setting. Press and hold the TOP LEFT and BOTTOM LEFT two buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds until ALL lights on the buttons illuminate, and the HVAC automatically goes through ALL the different modes of operation. The test concludes with ONE or TWO buttons flashing. If this fails to reset the system, most likely you are low on freon. Open your glovebox and disengage the two black plastic straps. Carefully pull the rubber grommet with the thermistor probe connected to it, out of the heater box. Look inside with a flashlight on the lower area. If you see residue there, it means your A/C evaporator is leaking freon, which would probably be why it's low. To repair this requires replacement, which requires removal of the instrument panel to access. That said, this job would be best left to a professional. Hope this helps.

Sounds like your heater control panel itself is bad. I had the same problem and you have to watch because the same year / models have different colored connectors which will not interchange. I bought a match to mine on ebay and still had the same problem. I ended up having to go to the dealer for a new one and they "program" it to work with your vehicle... Good luck!
