mubin mulla: can u tell me how can a free ftp site be created to upload and download files

nadeem_loverboy: what file you want to down or up load ?

mubin mulla: well one of my freinds had asked to check he said to he wants to create a ftp site to uploand and download any files

    nadeem_loverboy: there is a software called "wsftp.exe"

    mubin mulla: ok

mubin mulla: does that have to be purchsed or it can be down loaded

nadeem_loverboy: but for this you need to have a server where you want to upload or download files .. for example.. www.nadeem.com if you are the administrator then you can have access to upload or download files after connectiing ur server site with wsftp..

    mubin mulla: from net

nadeem_loverboy: it can be downloaded by net and it is also available on windows xp as well..

nadeem_loverboy: you can click on start->run type "command" press enter and in the command prompot type ftp and press enter

    nadeem_loverboy: ftp> ?

Commands may be abbreviated. Commands are:

    ! delete literal prompt send

    ? debug ls put status

    append dir mdelete pwd trace

    ascii disconnect mdir quit type

    bell get mget quote user

    binary glob mkdir recv verbose

    bye hash mls remotehelp

    cd help mput rename

    close lcd open rmdir

    ftp>

Well zain this what i have got for your q uestion from my friend.

    THANKS
