my dear , people will always find faults at communication.Imperfection is part of human nature.Never go against it.like never fight windmills!Some say barking in wilderness is futile still some understand the barking and make good use of it! Today they hang you for talking and tomorrow they crown ( or vice versa)you for that same speech!This is how we all are at human behavior !heck for yourself!

First thought what you want to speak. Check whom you are talking to. Have self confidence. Then go ahead.
