Download the programme "WinAVI" (via BitTorrent using your BitLord client) none faster and easy to use. It makes a DVD folder with chapters in under 30mins, which you can then burn to DVD using "Nero 5.5" or simular, also a multi-format converter/encoder. Good luck and I hope this helps you.

Try visiting www.mrbass.org and trying out a piece of software called DVD Shrink. It's good and also bypasses Sony's ARCOSS protection (not that I told you that!!!!)
