How do you achieve personal peace?

By acting with peace. Peace is not a destination, it's a path. Each action you take, word you say and each thought you think should be fueled by peace. The more you live this way, the more this behavior becomes automatic and not only have you achieved personal peace, but your very presence spreads peace to all those that you come into contact with.

Sometimes it's difficult to act in this way, but difficult situations can cause us to ask important questions and change our lives for the better.
