What doesn't anyone use the "check spelling" link here?

I'm a poor speller myself. But I manage to look smart on-line with spell check.

Look, it's right there at the top of the green area on the screen when you are typing your questions and answers.

Update:

I read number six.

I am not insulting anyone. I am saying that people are taken less seriously online when they don't make sure to use spell check. I'm encouraging everyone to take advantage of a feature of the site.

Despite what captain tattle tail above me says, I appreciate you pointing this out, as it is constantly annoying me when people cant even spell half of the words in their questions right.

Spelling is one of my few strong points but I always use the spell check just in case. I wish more people would use it. It's very off-putting when you see a post with a string of spelling errors. Why make yourself appear stupid when all you have to do is click on "check spelling"? I understand that for some people English is not their primary language and even when they use spell check they may be unsure of which word to substitute.

I always use it, cause even though I type around 50+ wpm, my fingers sometimes decide what they want to type is more important than what I told them to type. I guess that's their form of amusement. :P

But, sometimes when I hit the check spelling, 3 or even 4 minutes later it's icon is still just spinning around in thinking mode and nothing is happening so I end up hitting the preview button and try to proof my answer that way. Sometimes I catch any typo, sometimes I do not.

I always use it! The last thing I want is someone telling me "You're stupid. You can't spell!"

    I always use spell check.

    It always helps.
