It depends on whether you're working by yourself and the kind of painting you do (art or houses?) If it's just you and maybe some local kids and you're planning to get jobs through word of mouth, just your name and number should be enough.
If you want a name for a store-front, a website, or if it's just slightly larger scale maybe try Whitewash, Color Artisans, By Numbers, or name it after a shade of paint (since they all have weird names like cornflower and dusty mink).

how about "Davinci Inspired" with the catch phrase "your inspiration my creation" or " your Master piece in (MY)the making"
