At frequency 110Hz dynamic range is ~100dB
(from 30dB audibility to 130dB pain threshold)

It wouldn't cause pain at any distance. Hertz are
a measurement of frequency. Decibels are the
measurement of audio magnitude(loudness).
decibels=10log10( I/10^(-12) )
Where I is the intensity relative to 10^(-12) which is
sound intensity compared to threshold of hearing
and {I, Io=10^(-12)} is measured using watts/m^2
