Is this the same rapper with the name Souljah Boy?

Question

When i first heard the degrading song, "crank dat Souljah Boy", the name sounded so familiar. And i just was shuffling through my iPod when i came accross the song, Wasteland Warriors, by Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (featuring Souljah Boy). This rapper is pretty good lyrically, but he can't be the same illiterate character who made that insufferable song, right? I can't seem to find info on the rapper featured on the Bone Thugs album, the art of war.

If they are different rappers, does the original rapper have rights to sue the new rapper over the name?

Thats definitely not the same person! They sound and rap noticeably very different and the soulja boy who is out rite now just turned 17 so i wouldnt think he would be on a song wit bone thugz just yet!!

Soulja Boy is Soulja Boy. When I looked in Soulja Boy's lyrics the only 2 songs was "I got some bapes" and "crank that" and I am sure they are the same people sometimes people make up bad stuff and sometimes they then make up good stuff.
