Interenet files are not opened in my computer , how to get them?

Internet files in word text form are not getting opened in one computer but the same is getting opened in other computer.

What settings are to be made to get those files? For

Example website:tnhealth.org (sub files in this website)

    The website is having an option to see the text in tamil Arwe you talking abt that you're not able to see text in tamil? If yes, please download the tamil fonts from the same website and install.
