Stop bots from chatrooms by using host?

if u check my last question you would know im really annoyed by yahoo bots n really want yahoo to stop them from entering chatrooms so im thinkin of posible methods and so fair the host idea i have seems the best,if yahoo gave there users control of the room,the host user would be able to eject bots out of the chatroom and to avoid bots from being the host (wow) the could have some kind of form the host must fill out if he/she wants to be the host of the chatroom,bots cant fill out forms ( yahoo needs to think of a good form),to avoid the smart guys.if u feel this can work or u have any ideas we need to start a petition and flood yahoo with mail of ideas and so on in order to get back our chatrooms
