What do you mean by International Business Environment? How does it differ from domestic business environmen?

The simple answer is that IBE is international: you to compete with foreign businesses.

A more complex answer is that you have to deal with foreign exchange, taxes and tarriffs, subsidies, competing with companies that don't have your health, safety, labor and environmental laws, being legal in the country that your doing business in and so on. Marketing to foreign consumers can be challenging.

On the other hand, if you are a small country that is used to being in a free exchange of goods across borders, then much of it might be second nature to you.

resembles an ocean next to a lake, or the business of a lake now flowing into an ocean where there is less chance of survival once those storms and waves start to rumble, just a different level of water and currents to deal with, maybe the ports of domestic environment were getting a bit crammed with very little maneuvering space for the big ships( businesses) to come into port and leave ports.
