How do you salute use the Fulton recovery in Metal Gear Portable Ops?

My game didn't bring the game guide also don't tell me to look up on the internet because i've tryed so 10 Points for who give me a straight Answer

    Press the L button while pressing SELECT for Fulton.

    L1 + O to do the Salute
