Black Suit & Blue Shirt?
Is that a fashion "No-No"??? I'm wearing black shoes....

It is not a fashion no-no, if its the right shade. Choose a sort of deep blue for a black suit. Here's an example:

Thats fine, it will make the stripes in your suit look bluish, but would be even better is a gray shirt that would bring out the grey pinstripe in your suit.

That's fine. I woldn't add a third colour to your outfit like a yellow tie or something. But black goes with everything! SHould add that as long as the blue is a dark blue, not a light blue.

It would look nice if it was that nice deep blue. I think it's called a French blue or Royal blue....if it's just a typical light blue dress shirt that might be kind of dull....
