Why do people go to school?

There are many reasons.

One of human fundamental attributes is curiosity. To be able to quench your thirst for knowledge, you need to learn. Everybody wants to learn something. Not everybody wants to teach them. So it's easier to organize those who wants to learn and those who wants to teach into some learning place called school. Learning is made easier, they have curriculum, good administration, teacher that experts on their field, and so on.

For some people, school is important to study skills needed for living. Of course, you can learn at home or other places, but school offers many things that can't be attained other places.

You can interact with your classmates, which maybe your future working partner, helpful friends, or a pal who will help you when things get ugly and you can't take it alone.

School is important. To learn, to make a good social network, to see friends that about your age, to find your girlfriend or boyfriend, to have fun together, to meet teachers that maybe could inspire you for the rest of your life, and many more that I can't describe here. Just find it yourself.

There are quite a few reasons to go to school. Some are better that others. You go to school because:

1. The law required you to attend.

2. Your parents insist that you go to school.

3. You have nothing better to do.

4. There is a lack of heat in your home.

5. You can get a free hot meal and breakfast too.

6. Your friends are there.

7. You can join teams.

8. You love the dances and plays.

9. You are the teacher and get paid to go.

10. Ditto for the principal.

11.It is a good place to meet the other sex.

12. You need to get a high school diploma.

13. You get better paying jobs with a diploma.

14. Most colleges require previous schooling

15. Your mother works there.

16. You can appreciate the vacations and the summer more.

17. You love the architecture of the building.

well these days people have to go to school to get educated in my days even my father did not attend school and knew all the history, science, medicine etc...the reason why today because people are born without knowledge or even common sense is the new generation plus is a very plus when filling out job application if the companies sees that you have even one degree you will be in the company but if they dont then your application will go in the bottom of the apps piles the more degrees you have the better chances of you getting a very very good job.

You'll find out...you should try going to one!!!... well, I go to school cuz school's fun, and because I'll contribute in increasing the country's literacy level and bcuz I dun wanna die illiterate and begging...

also, ppl go to school so they don't ask lame questions like you do... and to make sure that there brain is not as tiny as yours!!!

Well Duhhh ..we have futures, some may want to acheive some goals so its important... and if we don't want to live out the streets THEN WE MUST GO TO SCHOOL!

higher education learn new things....u cant do anything in this world with out an education well maybe a rapper but u need a diploma to work at MacDonald's these days...plus it helps u socially to interact with ppl

The sad truth revolves around money. Adults/Parents wish that their children are smarter than them, and want to live better lives than they did. Also, we have to. Our government makes it so children must be educated. Without education, you cant get a job, and without a job.....

In today's society, almost earning ways are open for you, only if you complete your education with good degree.

And that way goes from primary education.

You need to eart to keep yourself alive. And you need to earn more to spend good life.

To learn, read and play.School is a temple, teachers are god and we are worshippers school is a place where we gain knowledge.
