An iron head board for my bed, I wanted to put it n storage, so I carried It up to the attic. OUCH!! I strained my lower back muscles and was out of commission for weeks.
But here lately, the heaviest thing I'm lifting is my big fat butt !

I picked up my sister when I was 6 on Christmas. I weighted about 50 pounds, she was about 70. I fell on the hardwood floor. I got a kind of rope-burn, except it was wood burn. I had a white spot on my tan forehead for about a month after I fell down.

Joining gym is better I think. You will be more motivated with other people there also working out. Also they have more resources like saunas and pools.
