How to change the banner (Moto Razr V3xx). . .?

So, I got a Razr V3xx from our Cingular (or AT&T -- whichever you want to call it) yesterday, and I cannot find where to change my banner. I've gone through settings, mainly for main screen or w/e, but I still cannot find it.

If anyone has information on this or can help me out, please post it. (: Thanks!

    I HAVE A RAZR AND 2 CHANGE MY BANNER I GO 2 SETTINGS, PERSONALIZE,HOME SCREEN AND U SHOULD C BANNER AND PRESS SELECT AND CHANGE YA BANNER HOPE THIS HELPS U
