Do NASCAR drivers that drive in both the Busch and Cup series use the same crew and crew chief for both?

Most teams will use separate over the wall crews and crew chiefs. When the Cup and Busch race are at separate venues, it would be difficult to move a crew chief between cars.

Once in a while, when both series are at the same track, and the car does not have a regular crew, then the two cars might share some of the same crew. Last example was at the Glenn, when Both Kurt Busch and Ryan Newman both raced in the Busch Series. Ryan's crew was his Cup crew. (The broadcasters mentioned it during the race)

It really depends. Bigger race teams like Hendrick Motorsports have different crew chiefs and pit crews for the Busch Series. They do this to help employees gain experience in case they are needed in the Cup Series. Some drivers like to have their Cup crew chiefs with them when they run the Busch race.

Most teams have a separate crew for each team, due to the fact that they want their NASCAR crew to be fresh and ready for the main event race, they (the drivers.) use BUSCH as a way to look at track conditions and get a feel for the track. Even though the cars are somewhat diff, being on the track before a NASCAR race helps them in so many ways IE: track set up etc etc etc.

Some do some don't. Some don't even drive for the same owner in Busch that they do in Cup. Smoke and Bobby Labonte drive for Kevin Harvick(who sometimes drives for RCR and sometimes himself) .
