How do I set my signature in my Yahoo Mail Account?

Follow the steps given below to set your signature in your yahoo account:

1. Login to your account

2. Click on the option on the right corner in your account

3. You will find many option under “Management”

4. Click on Signature.

5. In the next screen you find the signature option. Either you can use a ‘plain text’ option or ‘Color and Graphics’ option. Specify your signature and click save. Now you signature will be saved.

6. Make a note if the option “Add signature to all outgoing messages” is enabled then all your mails you compose or forward will have your signature.

If you have not enabled the option “Add signature to all outgoing messages” in the pervious step then you need to check the option “Use my signature” in each and every mail that you compose or forward to attach your signature.

Take care

As soon as you log in, to the top right corner it gives you a button called *options*. Scroll down to where you see signature. And go from there.
