Is the lottery 100% rig-proof?

    Yes.

There are injudicators at all the draws and if it was rigged the public outcry would be bigger than could possibly be speculated so it would not be worth it for them to rig it.

Nothing is 100% rig proof. But I really wouldn't worry about it. The odds of winning an American lottery is over 150 million to one. You'd have a better chance of naming the first ten cards to be dealt from a shuffled pack of playing cards. The published odds are so unlikely you'd be more likely to be struck by lightening on the way to purchase your ticket than actually win. So even if it is completely fair, the odds of winning are very low. If it is rigged, it is hard to see how the odds could be much worse.

nothing run by humans is 100% rig-proof. I'd say the odds of something successfully rigging the lottery are even smaller than your odds of winning it.
